1、Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering and automation, electrical machinery and appliances, electrical engineering and its automation, industrial design, hydraulic and pneumatic technology, machinery manufacturing process and equipment and other related majors.


2、Ability to skillfully operate professional software such as two-dimensional drawing, three-dimensional drawing, simulation and analysis.


3、Possess certain knowledge of high voltage, familiar with national standards, industry standards and national network specification requirements related to high-voltage electrical appliances; familiar with the product design and development process, understand the common product standards for high-voltage switchgear, supporting standards and their test methods; strong sense of teamwork, good organizational coordination and communication skills.


4、Possess one or more of the following related or similar working experience.


1)Experience in high-voltage switchgear product development and engineering design related work; familiar with electrical and mechanical product design theory, with the ability of electric field and temperature field simulation calculation and mechanical dynamics simulation calculation.


2)Working experience related to switchgear or actuator technology; mastering the theoretical knowledge of mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, high-voltage electrical and other professional knowledge, and being able to conduct mechanical motion simulation analysis.


(3) Experience in R&D, engineering design and testing of complete sets of switchgear for distribution networks; experience in structural dynamics, mechanical strength and electric field calculation and simulation.
